"Was a good stay, close to cvs and food places and shopping, depending on your neighbors can be little noisy but felt safe while i was there and would book again"

"This property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update the pictures are very deceiving. The sheets weren’t clean. It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. The washing machine looked filthy and the dryer wasn’t operational."

"This is not a hostel but community! It was an amazing experience, people talk to each othe and respect , nobody pretends, Karlos is polite, friendly person and will always help . I felt European vibe . The room was clean , on the kitchen you can make your lunch , Recommend to all travelers!!!"
"The property was run down, unkempt, and appeared unsafe. The check in procedure was unclear. The area was threatening. If I was a woman I would be terrified to spend a night here. I decided against trying to stay here and paid for a Doubletree instead, after seeing the property. I stayed in my car for a few minutes deciding and then left. No apparent staff, no signage. This place is at best, not prepared to host guests."
"My stay at Renzzi Villa in Miami was absolutely perfect! The check-in experience was fantastic and incredibly fast- they even provided me with the code several hours before my scheduled arrival, which made everything so easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, but honestly even better in person! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is ideal, and the staff are truly amazing - warm, super helpful, and always ready to assist. I’ve stayed at several of their other locations, and each one keeps getting better and better. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!"
