"The best part about the property was Victor Riddick! He was the front desk / property manager He was awesome and very accommodating to our needs. We were disappointed because we booked the wrong Hyatt Place location, (we wanted the beach front location) but he was very accommodating as if it was his mistake and it wasn't.
