"The best part about the property was Victor Riddick! He was the front desk / property manager He was awesome and very accommodating to our needs. We were disappointed because we booked the wrong Hyatt Place location, (we wanted the beach front location) but he was very accommodating as if it was his mistake and it wasn't. "We loved our suite and our stay here. The pool could have been bigger but it was still clean and nice to sit by the pool. Also we loved the fact they had beach access and beautiful views of the chesapeake bay bridge!"

"Hotel was clean and neat, with great rooms and a comfortable bed. My only complaint was that housekeeping was very loud in the hallways starting at 7 or 8 am so sleeping in was a challenge "

"I found the hotel clean with nice employees. I especially loved the 24/7 coffee. An employee even offered to make new coffee for me as it was late in the evening! My room had a great view and I slept with the slider open to listen to the calming waves. A great getaway!"
