"Unfortunately my family's five day stay was a terrible experience. The hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. And there were issues from the time we arrived. The biggest problem was mosquitoes in and outside our room. I complained to the young receptionist and her first response was very disappointing. ..."

"The staff was so helpful and kind especially Emania I hope I spell her name Correct.She called and made sure I was good / able to Check in ,the security was so nice I did not get his name. I highly recommend. I’ll be booking here for my parent to attend the blue food festival."
