"We were in another building, about a five minute walk from the reception, but they helped us with the luggage. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was great. Would stay again. "

"Room was spacious with a view of the lake. It is run down a little bit but we were satisfied with the interior. It is up the hill, and thr parking is far and challenging, just as they communicated in an email before we arrived. We were able to find parking at P1 and take a shuttle to the the common area to walk up to the hotel. "

Auf unsere Beschwerde an der Rezeption konnte kein adäquates Lösungskonzept angeboten werden. Ein Mitarbeiter teilte uns lediglich mit, dass die Fotos auf der Website bereits aktualisiert worden seien, die Renovierungsarbeiten jedoch nicht in allen Zimmern durchgeführt wurden."
