"The staff were really friendly and the food was good! Sauna was a proper one and the pool was warm. Not the finest hotel but met the expectations when on skiing holiday. Everything worked well and the bus stop to the slopes is right outside the front door. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel."

"Beautiful surroundings, hotel a little creaky. Food a little pricey but hotel was in a good location with parking. Lots of nearby restaurants on foot. The hotel is also fairly close to the ski lifts too, plus the outer balconies overlook the bottom section of the waterfall. If you walk around to the left side of the hotel on the main road you can reach the upper mid-section of the waterfall without needing further transportation. "Apartment was good and comfy, and the check-out instructions clear. Location was very good nearby the train and lift stations. We needed to pay deposit separately in a different location in the first business day after the arrival, otherwise everything was smooth and instructions clear."
