"The view to the lake it’s beautiful. The apartment is ok. I found many spiders in the apartment, balcony and hall. There was no dish sponge, hand soap and just a little toilet paper. I wish there was a microwave. I kept bumping my head on the ceiling every time I was going to sit on the sofa. I really liked that there was plenty storage space. I made the reservation for 4 people, but they only left 2 towels and 2 blankets. When I sent an email they delivered everything quickly. I kept bumping...

"We had a 4 day stay in Garmisch and the accommodation was beautiful. A typical german style apartment. Very clean with everything we needed. There was a wellness suite in the basement with sauna, solarium and various other wellness bits. The rooms were very clean and the bed large and very comfortable. No oven or microwave, but a hob, fridge and TV. The collection of the key for the apartment was easy and just a lovely stay in a beautiful part of Germany. "

Access to the apartment was awkward as the staff did not communicate the location of the new office where the keys were to be picked up. The office is only open for 1 hour, 4-5pm so no staff were available to assist. A handy key locker is available for after 5pm key pickup… if you know where to go. "
