"أثاث قديم"

"Great hotel, staff, all amenities were excellent, highly recommend!"

"Ontbijt box was niet compleet. We miste drinken erin. En zeer karig."

"The Square is located at a great spot. It is easy to walk to most main attractions within 15-20 minutes. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was top notch in terms of quality and range of offers. Due to the location you can constantly hear the trams passing through the cobble stone roads but for some reason, I slept very well. Though the booking mentioned breakfast for a fee, it was offered for free. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the rooftop bar and restaurant but I’m...

"This was a nice hotel. The concierge was not very helpful however all of the other staff were. It’s also centrally located."

"The hotel was nice and very well maintained. The room was very clean and had a good view of the courtyard area. The size of the room was adequate. The hotel is in a very good area for walking to the shopping area and was 5 minutes from the Duomo. We loved going to the Happy Hour prior to going out to heat. The buffet breakfast had a very nice selection, and the staff was extremely helpful. If we go back, we will definitely look for this hotel to stay again."

"Super expérience, le personnel était très accueillant et nous avons eu un upgrade sur la chambre de la part d'expédia, nous étions ravis!"

"Beautiful setting, delicious breakfast and wonderful staff."

"Service is excellent"

"Esperienza estremamente deludente, soprattutto per un hotel che si presenta come un 5 stelle. La pulizia è stata decisamente insufficiente: calcare evidente intorno al lavandino, scarsa cura dei dettagli e lenzuola in condizioni talmente discutibili da farmi dubitare che fossero state cambiate. Altrettanto deludente il personale, poco accogliente, scortese e privo della professionalità che ci si aspetta da una struttura di lusso. Camera spaziosa ma buia, con interruttori e prese visibilmente...

"Milano Verticale — An Outstanding Hotel Experience! We absolutely loved our stay at Milano Verticale | UNA Esperienze! Everything felt modern, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean, with outstanding service throughout. Breakfast was one of the best of our entire trip to Italy! The variety and quality were exceptional, with freshly prepared eggs and orange juice squeezed right in front of you. Truly top-notch! I also used their laundry service and was extremely impressed. I dropped off...
