"We travelled with 2 children and stayed for 2 nights. Everything worked just fine. Easy checking-in (and out), staffs were very attentive and helpful. "On arrival, we managed to check in earlier than planned due to room being ready. Staff helped unload car and directed to carpark. Hotel was really good and in a great location. "Fabulous hotel in the heart of Milan. Check-in was very easy and Mark was very welcoming. Delightful room with a lovely balcony overlooking the city.
