"Housekeeping makes too much noise when cleaning the rooms and has no regard for the guests. Constant banging of the beds and dropping things on the floor. Doors being thrown very hard. Whole entire staff has an attitude like they’re lodging you for free. As if you didn’t pay to stay there. Learn some etiquette about how to properly treat guests. Remember, respect goes both ways. Only one gentleman who works concierge was helpful. I can’t remember his name, but he is tall, thin, and has a beard....
