"Excellent breakfast and evening meals. Lovely rooms, views and staff. Only small negatives are no lift, tea and coffee not available in rooms and pathway to hotel entrance difficult to wheel suitcases. Wouldn't let any of those things stop us staying again, it was lovely. "

"Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again."

Und da war ein flacher schwarzer Käfer mit ca 8mm Grösse im Bett welchen ich nachts sah und ich bin mir nicht sicher ob es nicht eine Wanze war? Das Frühstück war wieder super gut und das Personal super nett und das Abendessen ganz wunderbar. Auch das Personal war sehr bemüht und sehr höflich."

"When I arrived, it was after front desk hours. My room key was attached to a name tag located on a shelf in front of the office check-in window. Unique, but it worked. The room was clean and functional. Breakfast was served buffet style. A "lake" across the street was almost not visible from the hotel. Parking in front of the building was adequate. Hotel is ok for a one-night stay. I felt it is a bit overpriced. The lovely town of Baden-Baden is nearby (driving distance)."
