"We had a great stay at the Rafael Kaiser Apartment during our trip to Vienna. The location was excellent—close to public transportation and within easy reach of the city’s main attractions. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. While it wasn’t very large, it was perfectly adequate for our family of four and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only improvements I would suggest would be to provide face cloths (only bath towels were available) and to add a few...

"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"The room was clean and well-equipped. It took us only 10 minutes to walk from the main train station (and all downhill!). Check-in was very smooth. The location is pretty good. It's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest U-Bahn station, which can quickly get you to all the highlights of Vienna. The hosts are very responsive through messages. We would stay here again."
