"The front staff was excellent and so friendly. In an older historical building with beautiful floors. A good spot to sleep and rest. Shower were good water pressure. There is a metro stop in front of the building which helps you access all of Vienna. "

"Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay but the bread wasn’t always fresh. The room attendant didn’t always provide clean towels but hung the used ones back up if they weren’t dirty. The room attendant didn’t always provide new toilet rolls even when there were none left. The safe didn’t have instructions in English and after making the reception aware, nothing happened. I found it difficult to get to sleep as the trams ran right outside my bedroom window. I was woken...

"Beautiful old building with charming old-style rooms even thought recently renovated. Walking distance from the center of Vienna, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Helpful and friendly staff. The rooms have no air-conditioning and can therefore be very warm at hot weather. The tram passes along the street frequently during the day, but not at night, as you could expect in the center of the city."

"The positives: A nice, spacious, quiet room in a fantastic location! The negatives: We found it impossible to communicate with the hotel. We sent several emails asking if it was possible to store luggage but got no response. It is strictly check in at 3, check out at 11."
