"Even though we were a bit far from Berlin, we have nothing but compliments about our stay. The area was so walkable and felt very safe. The room itself was incredibly clean and everything worked perfectly. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The front desk, especially, made us feel exceptionally welcome. We were able to partake in the breakfast on our last day, and we wish we had been able to the other days. The food was delicious and very fresh. The bread...

"Sehr nettes Personal. Super hilfsbereit.

"Property located in a nice, quiet area. Not very well-maintained building. Gratis parking. The room was nice and clean. AC is a big plus. The bathroom is small. The breakfast area needs to be brought up to date. That day the temperature reached about 40 degrees. The food was served improperly and there were flies all over (including on the food). For some reason AC is not popular in Germany, or the restaurant does not have AC. Think of all the food waiting for guests on a 29-30 degrees...

"wie immer alles bestens"

"Sehr ordentlich und aufgeräumt, schöne Unterkunft direkt am See"

"Vriendelijk personeel.

".I received no information about how to check in and had to call at 22:15. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and ended the call abruptly. The next morning, the same employee behaved aggressively in front of my children."

"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. The blankets and sheets smell of faint mold, as if they're not dried properly. There is no air flow, even with windows open. Despite it being...
