"This hotel is the” basic economy Hilton”. No frills. No coffee in room, towels not as thick, no microwave. They did have a shuttle to the airport which we needed. The gal at reception did recognize that I was a Hilton Gold member and gave us 2 waters and 2 bags of Pop chips."

"We checked in for one night mid week. There wasn't many people staying at this big hotel. We asked to not be facing the main highway or the rail line. The receptionist put us on the top floor which was the hottest room, directly facing the highway and the tram line. I don't think anyone else was in this section of the hotel, except us. "My first experience in Colorado and this hotel was the best. Employees were so nice señor explained amnesties. Room was clean just perfect, breakfast was also good. I will definitely recommend and come back here."

"Unfortunately, the lotion and body wash were totally empty. The room was clean except the bathroom walls could have used washing or paint. The front desk girl was very nice and informative. The 3:50 am shuttle was on time and it was easy to sign up for."

"Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...

"It took over 45 minutes to be checked in with only two parties ahead of me. This was NOT the fault of the desk staff. Their computer system was down and there was not a contingency plan in place. The desk agent was professional and friendly while trying to help us without the most basic of tools required for her job. Only 1 light bulb worked in the entire suite.
