"Property is within walking distance of the local town centre, making it easy to get out to various places including outside of the town. Staff were friendly & cleaning the property on a daily basis. Has a great sea view & everything stated as being included was included without additional charge. Would recommend."

"My family and I had an amazing stay at Villa Presito. Bryan was really easy to communicate with and helped us book a private driver to take us from our hotel in Lapu Lapu City to the villa. The grounds are so large and the villa is beautifully designed and decorated. We purposely cut down our itinerary so we could enjoy more time there, especially in the pool! "We were greeted with the very friendly and accommodating staffs. The welcome drinks are very refreshing.The check in process was very smooth. The place is very quiet and I could feel the island vibes. The service is excellent. I traveled with my family with 2 kids and we enjoyed the water activity(kayaking) and the various entertainment at each night.I definitely recommend this place for people who likes peaceful and quiet place and also would definitely stay here again."
