"Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.
Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.
We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.
They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.

"Super beautiful, atmospheric stay. They only have a few rooms so your stay feels really intimate. Loved the interior, stunning views over the country side and mountains and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend!"

"Das Hotel liegt circa 10 Minuten Autofahrt von der Stadt. Es gibt kein Restaurants in der nahe und man braucht ein Auto für das Abendessen oder den Strand. Es gibt einen Bus Service von dem Hotel.
Das Zimmer ist sauber aber es ist nicht wirklich ein 4 Sterne Hotel Zimmer. Man kriegt nur Showergel.
Die Personals beim Frühstücken waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant für das Abendessen war okay.
Das Pool ist sehr gut aber man muss den Badetücher von dem Hotel mieten. 30 Euro pro Woche...

"Very close to Olbia airport ,the Hotel is on the second floor
of the building .The ground floor has a nice bar for good
Breakfast and lunch and open 24 hours also has a very affordable restaurant with good food .
The room was clean and well maintained.
Service was professional and very helpful.
For sure I will be back .
