Dépaysement assuré pour nous, mais...

Nous avons dû payer la veille de notre départ le montant prevu prélevé des la réservation ce qui nous a surpris. Nous avons demandé (par mail à l'hôtel) une facture pour la totalité du séjour acquitté, à ce jour nous n'avons rien recu. Ce qui nous inquiète.

Hotel bien placé au pied des pistes, accueil sympathique. Chambres petites et un peu désuettes. il manque un local à ski et un parking.

w-e à la mongie

Hôtel très agréable et très bon accueil. Pour un 3étoiles, il manquerait des attentions de type bouilloire dans la chambre, porte manteau et de quoi poser sa trousse de toilette. Chambre un peu petite. Sinon chambre très propre, literie super, petit déjeuner varié et copieux, possibilité de prêt de dvd, personnel très accueillant et dispo.Un peu cher mais c'est le même prix dans tous les hôtels et celui ci est très bien situé.

Informations non claires sur le site

Nous sommes arrivée le vendredi vers 18h00, accès à l'hôtel compliqué car il faut passer dans un centre commercial pour accéder à l'accueil de l'hôtel sans indication. Les informations données par le réceptionniste concernant les prestations comprises et non comprises pas claires. Exemple le petit déjeuner des 2 jours pour 2 personnes étaient inclus dans le prix alors que lors de notre arrivée il nous annoncé qu'ils étaient à 13 euros par jour par personne. Donc nous avons pu bénéficier du petit déjeuner seulement le dernier jour lors du paiement de la chambre. Dur !
