Tanto rumore poca sostanza.

Ho dormito in quell'hotel con la mia compagna per la prima volta, lo avevo già visto vanno i genitori della mia compagna, mi aspettavo molto di più visto che è un 4*. Camera piccola di 12 mt/q scarsi, moquettes macchiata e sporca sui bordi, armadio laccato chiaro aperto soprada hotel di 1*; unica cosa discreta il bagno. Sono sempre più convinto che chi prenota con Hotel.con ha trattamenti di 2° classe. Se quella camera è lo standard dell'Hotel meritano massimo 2*. Osservo che io dormo il 70-80% delle mie notti in Hotel tra lavoro e piacere.

Ottimo posizione situato nel centro storico di Bagno di Romagna. Ristrutturato ottimamente. La mia camera era piccola ma piacevolmente accogliente e con tutti i comfort necessari. Centro benessere ben curato con personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Se ne avrò occasione Ci tornerò.

L'albergo non è assolutamente un 4 stelle. Stanze molto piccole, colazione di scarsa qualità e arrangiata nel sotto scala. Piscina piccola ed affollata. La piscina chiude dalle 19 alle 20:30?? Per fare cosa? Sicuramente non quello che ci aspettavamo. Abbiamo passato una notte solamente a Bagno di Romagna e la mattina della partenza abbiamo preferito fare una passeggiata piuttosto che tornare nella tinozza termale, per la quale avevamo pagato. Anche perché non c'è la doccia negli spogliatoi quindi anche fossimo voluti rimanere la mattina, come avremmo potuto fare grazie alle spiegazioni della signorina all'ingresso, avremmo dovuto fare la doccia con una porta a vetro sull'ingresso, non proprio confortevole

Eccellente

In pieno centro si trova questo hotel dotato di tutti i comforts. Pulito, gestito da personale molto professionale e cortese. La colazione è più che soddisfacente e tutte le strutture termo-balneari sono perfettamente funzionanti. L'unica piccola pecca è stata quella di richiedere un accappatoio più grande in quanto la dotazione "standard" è un po' troppo piccola: problema comunque risolto chiedendo al personale in tempo reale. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

insomma ....

Camera minuscola (la porta del bagno quando si apre tocca sul bordo del letto), e senza armadio (al suo posto un separè con un appendi grucce). Pessimo isolamento acustico tra camere e dal corridoio inesistente (quando il vicino entra nel bagno, senti tutti i rumori come se stesse dentro la tua camera; anche dalla porta della camera entrano tutti i rumori delle signore della pulizia, quasi come se fosse aperta). Colazione appena sufficiente (dolce: ok, salato: bassa qualità affettati, salame e mortadella; formaggio affettato non lo abbiamo mangiato) Nelle hall c'è un pianoforte a coda (finto), che sebbene nel we, nessuno ha mai suonato .... triste. Il personale della SPA è molto gentile, ma le foto della SPA ci hanno ingannato: la piscina è minuscola, il numero di lettini disponibili non sufficiente per gli ospiti (la domenica non c'era un posto libero per stendersi).

Grazioso albergo in piazza

sapendo che il maggior difetto di questo hotel è la piccolezza delle camere, ho provato a prenotare una camera grande, pagando anche di più, ma non mi è stato possibile perchè la mia prenotazione non è arrivata da Expedia all'Hotel.Ci siamo ridotti ad una camera che non era nelle nostre aspettative.Anche la didascalia su Expedia della camera era sbagliata, così ci hanno detto all'albergo..Il personale della reception è preparata e ci è venuto incontro ,ciò non toglie che non era quello che volevamo. Il personale giovane nel ristorante non è preparato. Il bar annesso all'hotel è gestito male .La colazione presenta pezzi e dolci non freschi. Il ristorante è buono

Hotel elegante e di sicuro relax

Soggiorno di una notte in coppia. Abbiamo scelto il posto per la comodità, lo stile d'epoca e senz'altro la bella piscina termale con molti punti di irrorazione. Ottima anche la colazione e il parcheggio riservato a circa 200 metri di distanza

Weekend alle terme

L'hotel è splendidamente localizzato in un palazzo storico nel centro di Bagno di Romagna, presenta camere non troppo grandi, ma pulite e complete. Il personale è stato cordialissimo. La piscina termale si trova al primo piano, ad un passo dalle camere. La piscina termale con idromassaggi è di dimensioni adeguate, anche se risulta affollata nelle ore di punta. Apprezzatissima l'accoglienza con telo caldo ad ogni uscita dalla piscina. La colazione è piuttosto completa, ma al di sotto di quanto ci si aspetterebbe da un 4 stelle. Il ristorante, invece, è ottimo ed offre una discreta scelta. Attenzione: le prenotazioni tramite HOTELS.COM non includono l'accesso alla piscina (se non espresamente indicato il pacchetto SPA), pertanto informatevi al vostro arrivo sui pacchetti disponibili (SPA / SPA + MASSAGGI / SPA + MASSAGGI + TRATTAMENTI) in quanto permettono forti risparmi rispetto ai singoli accessi, che a mio avviso, sono decisamente troppo onerosi

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato più che positivo all'insegna del relax , qualche perplessità l'ho avuta sulla sala bagno, sinceramente non all'altezza di un quattro stelle, infatti tale allestimento l'ho spesso trovato nei tre stelle, e poi la piscina leggermente piccola e un po' ristretta per quello che riguarda gli orari di apertura consiglierei un po' più di elasticità per il resto niente da dire . Grazie .
