"What Could Be Improved:
There wasn't any soap or toilet paper provided. I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night).
There was a check-in delay due to confusion on WhatsApp, but owner got much better with using WhatsApp for remainder of stay.
Only one towel and a small thin blanket...

"First of all. The staff. Was very good. They answered all my questions. And took care of all my needs. The hotel itself. Is an older hotel. It has a lot of problems. Cockroaches. Ant's. No T, VS in the room. No refrigerators in the room. No screens on the windows. No air con. The interior of the room looked very outdated, with a lot of patches on the walls and the ceilings uncared for. But overall? It was comfortable. The only amenities? Was hot water and coffee."
