"Great staff!
The original Victorian ambience I had experienced in the past were not there anymore. Fair rating ! The were changes of art deco and furnishings, ongoing renovations and new management."

"Upon check in you have to wait for 15 minutes in the lobby because no one was there to assist you. Each room has it's own owner and therefore you have to wait for someone to help you. The worst part is the checkout. I wasn't advice that we need to wait upstairs for checkout to get my deposit because they have to check the rooms. The communication is so bad. The only thing that is nice is the location which is very accessible to everything. Would I book it again? I would think it twice!!!"
