"Spent two nights at this 'hotel' and would not recommend. Reception man was more interested in his mobile than guests, EG took 8 minutes to pass me my room key. Room is very very basic and had to request room cleaning 3 times (9.30am, 1.30pm + 5.30pm) beofre it got done. Worst of all was the breakfast, 4 items on the American breakfast but they didn't have 3 of them, no tea, no bacon and worst of all no toast - at 7.45am. My advice don't bother with this hotel as it's a glorified...

"Alvin was our host for one of the units at this property. He was very responsive and attentive. The unit was very clean and tidy. We were a party of 9 and 1 child. There was a great view of the city as well. I recommend staying here. "

"Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio."

"The skyline view room is has a nice view. The amenities inside the room was great. The staff and servers in the resto. were very friendly and polite. They are very helpful esp. if you have a disability. The cons - not convenient to shop or eat elsewhere. Generally, we would come back to this hotel. "
