"Location is great, and prices aren't bad for a beachfront hotel. The secret sauce at Herbert Samuels Okeanos wasn't that everything was perfect. It's that when it was confusing or not perfect, staff always had an answer and an immediate fix. The breakfast is sensational."

"Our room was really excellent and kept extremely clean. Breakfast was disappointing, especially on Shabbat - not a patch on other hotels we have stayed at in Israel eg Orient and Carlton. Pool area was nice, could have been kept cleaner during the day. Gym was fine"
