"I loved the property, the food was very good. For the restaurants no reservations needed and the waiting is not bad at all. Just at checking in I had a bad experience with Sandra at reception she was very rude she has no patience and she is not professional."

I went to front desk to report it and was not happy that I had to wait until business hours to speak with someone at desk the guy at desk could not help me just to at least change my room.
