"I would have rated this hotel excellent if not for the lack of airconditioning. I went in May which is cool/cold autumn weather so you think you don’t need an airconditioner, maybe some people will be ok with it, but my body tends to run warm so I felt the room was stuffy. Otherwise, everything else was great, close to restaurants and shopping, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. I chose this hotel because a lot of tour companies pick up from this hotel. "

We also loved the eco-friendly water refill station near reception; the water is exceptionally pure and light. ​Final Feedback for Management ​Despite our wonderful stay, I must mention a disappointing incident during our final minutes. We were waiting in the lobby for a taxi, yet the lady at the reception ordered a taxi for a British guest who arrived 15 minutes after us (and who hadn't even paid the late check-out fee of 160,000 Pesos).
