"I cannot say enough great things about my trip to this resort. Luis at the reception desk was incredibly positive, enthusiastic, and helpful. This kid is going places in life. All the staff from the restaurant workers to the pool girls leading samba dances to the cleaning staff were outstanding and dedicated to doing a great job with hospitality.
