"Room appeared to be pretty clean, until the roaches came out. Had 2 I spotted in the bed and one that ran across the night stand which ruined any good thoughts I had about this place. I told the front desk and she offered me points (I don’t know how many and honestly don’t care about “points”). Said ..."

"This is usually my first choice of places to stay when I'm in the area. However, after the horrible customer service, broken TV, and backed up toilet, I will have to think long and hard before staying here again. The property and customer service has gone down tremendously."
