酒店位於果松滑雪服務中心側，十分方便。 職員Seven對工作熱誠、主動，值得一讚！ 可是酒店提供的自助早餐比較差，食物種類太少，很多食物都不熱又不凍，如豆漿、中式包點、炒米粉等，很難接受。 晚餐只希望客人吃自助餐，但食物都是冷冷的，吃剩了又不會添加的。廚房不願意煮，只勸你吃自助餐，後來要酒店職員幫忙，煮房才願意煮⋯

房間的床架了一層軟墊比較舒服，但設施一般，最不滿意是洗手間排氣完全沒作用，而且可能排氣管道和其它房間連通，不時有好大的煙味傳過來，投訴了幾次都沒有人來解決，差評

Clean cosy hotel close to beginner slopes!

It was a great experience, with an unexpected upgrade from the staff. Also it is very close to the beginner slopes, very convenient!

服务欠缺

首先找不到我的订单，和我HOTELS沟通后，说是没做进酒店系统。做进去后前天又说我没有付款，和预定部沟通后，过了10分钟，又说无法完成和HOTELS之间的结算，最后压了我全部房费，说等结算后再退给我，问需要几天，说最多14天。其次我要求面雪道的房间，被告知只有2楼，入住后发现卫生间异味很大，不但没有排风，而且门是坏的，无法关闭，导致整个房间都笼罩在异味中。被迫去前台换房，换到了6楼的房间（那前面干嘛不给我6楼的房间）。最后换雪卡，服务员对自己的操作系统相当的不熟悉，动作慢。整个CHECK IN加办雪卡 花了我整整1个半小时。
