"Family Vaycay Destination- we had a multi- family members’ birthday celebration and the all inclusive factor was a hit!! Pros- Food selection/Restaurants, Pool, Cleanliness, Service-, Gym/Fitness Activities, Cons- WiFi (very slow), Room selection (see explanation below), Pool access times (closes at 8pm)
Overall great resort to meet with your family as everyone can do as they please, but meeting up to spend time was a breeze. If you’re like me and enjoy swimming until 10pm or evening, this resort closes the pool area by 8pm so this was a sigh. My biggest critique is not with the resort, but with the photos in Expedia. I thought I was booking the photo seen on Expedia, bright and colorful rooms, but when I got checked in, I realized I was given the older, darker rooms which were acceptable, but not what I thought I was paying for. Overall, good value but find out what room you are actually purchasing as the premium/renovated rooms are categorized differently."
