"Could be a beautiful resort however the food is slightly better than ok. Friendly pool staff however most others were slightly better than non-existent. Two huge fights broke out between fully grown men, including their wives, and almost no staff were present to deal with it. The fights were clearly a result of severe intoxication and over serving. It’s lucky no one got seriously hurt. This occurred within an hour of showing up at the resort. Not only did no one stop these, on the first occasion, the staff let the severely intoxicated man back into the swim up bar pool to continue drinking and partying. It took my wife and I two days to overcome what had occurred and to try to enjoy the remainder of our holiday. We spent a lot of money on this resort and were not impressed. Had our towels and my wife’s sunglasses stolen also within the first two hours during the first brawl. My wife asked the front desk staff why they would let the man continue drinking and back into the pool, she was told that people pay money to be there and they ca basically do whatever they want."
