The staff are genuinely helpful and welcoming, and the entire experience feels personal rather than transactional. Of all the places I visited across Spain and Portugal on my last trip, this hotel was the one that stayed with me the most. Returning here confirmed why. It has the rare quality of making you feel both at home and somewhere truly memorable. Because of this experience, I’m also looking forward to staying with the Unlock group in Lisbon and expect the same level of care and hospitality."

"Beautiful boutique hotel created in an early 19th century mansion, right in the middle of the old walled city. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Very conveniently located 3 minutes from the Bones Chapel and restaurants. No parking on site but free street parking from 2 PM to 9 AM just in front of the hotel or in a lot a short walk away (free all day). We travelled early May and enjoyed lounging around the pool (my daughter and I were alone). Breakfast was served from 7:30-10:30 with an appetizing display and à-la-carte options (omelets, egg Benedict, etc). We would certainly stay here again!"
