"El lugar y edificación"

"From the time Pasquale brought us to our room we felt welcome and right at home. Would definitely recommend this property. Great location."

"Great hotel during my short stay in Santo Domingo. The employees are warm and receptive. The place is clean and modern, and they have a nice restaurant on the property. I will stay again in the future."

"Personal muy amable y servicial. Regresaré!!!! No me gustaron las almohadas ya que son de plumas!!!!"

"DO NOT BOOK HERE I never write reviews, but I have to warn you! If in anyway, you expect a clean room with good service. This is not the place to go. From check-in it is a terrible experience with the most horrible service, as soon as you get there they let you know that you cannot bring any Uber eats or outside food into your room the elevators do not work when you swipe your key so you’ll spend 10 minutes trying to get to your room. The rooms have zero amenities, in no way are they suites....

"The quality of the food at breakfast was not as good."

"I think that when I had to check out I waited too long especially that I had to go catch a flight. The person at desk was not available right away."

"Very comfortable rooms and excellent and kind staff!"

"I LOVE THE BARCELO HOTEL! It is my home away from home! Everyone who works there is AWESOME and like family to me. I have been staying there since 2021!"

"The staff was nice and very helpful. We had some house cleaning issues but they were immediately taken care of."

"Excelente ubicación para los que van a la embajada americana, excelente servicio."

"Unfortunately, my client had a very bad experienced at this hotel, after staying their in the past, this time there was an electricity outage at the hotel at check out date. There was no one at the desk to attend my clients checkout. He had to drag 4 luggages all by himself down the stairs from 7 high. I finally made contact with the hotel on his behalf as he booked through me all he got was an apology, no compendation nothing although the staff informed expedia they offered a compendation but...

"La limpieza, el desayuno no es atetitoso."
