You have to go walk around the resort to find out what is in the resort and what is open or closed. For beverages. The air vent duct blows directly down on your face when laying in bed, had to get a maintenance worker to physically come and move the vents from blasting in my face. He used a pair of pliers to move vents upward. Never did get WIFI connection the entire time at the resort. Asked front desk several times about this. Granddaughter was upset because, social media has to have wifi connection to send her friends pictures of her experience. Greeting staff was great. "

More specifically, we visited during March Madness as Marriott Bonvoy advertised that their properties were the place to be but the tv had neither CBS nor Paramount. We had to go out for most games which made the stay costly."
