"When we first checked into our room, the fridge was not working property. The maganger quickly got us into our next room, with a bit of an upgrade, seamlessly and no additional cost. Both rooms were super clean and had all the amenities you would need to stay. I will definitely be staying here again."

"室内は広く、清潔で快適に過ごせました。ケソン・メモリアル・サークルへのアクセスも良く、早朝のジョギングを楽しめました。シャワーの使い方がよくわからず、初日のみ水シャワーでしたが、その後は操作の仕方を習得し、お湯シャワーを使うことが出来ました。排水も水圧も問題なしです。住所の表示が、近くの他のホテルを示している為、Grabを利用すると近くのホテルが降車・乗車ポイントでした。コンビニエンスストアが近くにあり、便利でした。"

"Check-in was not coordinated between establishment staff and room host. Leaving the customers a terrible no air conditioning lobby area. The air conditioner in the room was leaking so when we got back from shopping the carpet was soaking wet. I contacted the host, no reply. The establishment contacted the host, no reply. Building maintenance came to fix it while we are already there at 900 in the evening and it was such an inconvenience specially the AC was on top of the two queen beds....

"Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...
