"not the best shower, Staff are friendly"

"The people, the service and the security"

"All the staff were very nice and helpful, all amenities were clean and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable. Super relaxing in the bar, restaurant and smoking area. Everything you need is on site and they have a good selection of both Western and Filipino cuisine."

Having raised it with them they immediately moved us to a new room with split aircon which is much quieter. Staff were very helpful and friendly as you would expect, the food and spa facilities lived up to expectations also. Some great treatments available and I would definitely recommend the Hilot traditional massage.we had a few minor issues...

"The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. "

"I enjoyed my stay here greatly. I confidently say that there was nothing lacking with my time here, and it has one of the best views of Taal lake. The room, staff, food, and all amenities was exceptional. I’m so happy with choosing this location for my honeymoon."

"Place was crowded and staff can't keep up with the cleaning. Its affordable for a small room."

"Clean room, good food and great staff!"
