"This is a hotel in an old building that has been thoughly renovated. Easy walk to ships and central but in a Spanish area not a tourist area. About five tapas bars within one block walk. About two blocks to ocean front walk. The unit we had for six weeks was a one bedroom apartment. Kitchen facilities very small, but good shower and bed. I really liked this place."

"What great appartments which really undersell themselves. They have far more internal equipment than listed and key for us was the washing machine which meant we could clean all our holiday clothing up to that stay and during our 4 night stay. The rooms are spacious and you really get a home from home feel therein, much more relaxing than hotel rooms. They are located in amongst the maze of pretty side streets which make up Cadiz and are close to many bars and restaurants. It is a short walk...

"Excellent location and a lovely property. had initial hiccup with the Nuki app but got the timely help. A bit noisy in the night but that’s expected as the property is in the town centre. Parking available at 5 minutes walk which costed £20 for a day. would have been £15 if we had used the parking app which we didn’t know about. Need to have the phone on charge all the time and data for Bluetooth as the entry into the property depends on this. Would definitely visit again"

"Loved loved loved our stay here. I traveled with my two teenage children...the apartment was beautiful, cozy and had everything we needed for our 3 days. It was also located within walking distance of most "center" Jerez. We rented a car because we are driving other places, apartment had an underground parking garage (for fee) that was quite convenient...don't bring a large car! Car elevator was a first for us lol. "25 years ago this place might have been a great place. It looks like a place that went bankrupt and a lot of apartments sold to different people - some rented out here as a hotel, some for sale and some not renovated. Inside your room, many things are out of order and the kitchen equipment consists of stuff left by other renters. If the owners just slept 1 night they would now and if they spend a few hours in IKEA, made a welcome letter and painted the apartment, and fixed all the broken...

"Desde el principio Alejandro ha sido super atento en cualquier duda que hemos tenido. Tanto antes de llegar, como durante nuestra estancia. Con respecto a las instalaciones están muy bien, mejor que en las fotografias. Si que es cierto que esta todo muy neutro con respecto a la decoración, es un edificio fantastico, así como los apartamentos y no se le esta sacando todo el potencial que tiene. Dar algun toque de color en los apartamentos y en la recepción incrementaría aún más el valor y tambien...
