"The suites were clean, new and comfortable. Everything was great except the exterior lawn care. First impressions are important! If we had not visited and saw the rooms previously, we might not have stayed. We were there 3 days and on the 2nd afternoon they mowed. Needs more attention but the fresh mowing made a big difference. It would be a shame if other travelers didn't stay at this hotel because of the unkempt lawn. The interior is new and very nice. "It was very busy this weekend so I understand staff having challenges, but when we arrived no one was available to check us in at 7pm so not super late and calling 0 like the sign said rang and rang and rang until we gave up. The room smelled like smoke, but was otherwise not bad. The bathroom appears to have had some water damage but they just painted over so the wall looks like it might be decaying. The lights in the pool area did not work, it looked like potentially a breaker was blown but...

"Rooms smelt musty, damp and old. The air conditions in all 3 rooms my family were in looked like the filters have never been cleaned. Disappointed that they were in such bad shape. We've stayed here many times before and they weren't a whole lot better. We will think twice before we stay there again."
