"Sage Hotel Wollongong is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, largely because of the five-star customer service. The staff were fantastic—welcoming, friendly and always happy to help.
The hotel itself is lovely. Our room was spacious and clean, with amazing views, and the beach is right next door. It’s also an easy walk to plenty of cafés and restaurants.
The buffet breakfast offered was great. Good variety and range of options. Yummy breakfast!
I’d definitely recommend Sage Hotel...

"The room was billed as a two bedroom apartment which is true. It had a fully fitted out kitchen, a small laundry, lounge, dining table and a single bathroom. It is a comfortable two bedroom apartment with secure parking underneath the building. Access is via a lift. It is located close to the centre of town and walking distance to the cafes and restaurants on the beach."

"The boat harbour view was pleasant from our room.
The extra bed in the room should have been a King single, our son’s feet were hanging off the end.
The basin in the bathroom was very very low.
The shower needed a good scrub.
Better quality toilet paper,so thin."

"Kula is a lovely property. The apartments are well presented, spacious and comfortable. The location is also great and walkable to the beach and mall. There were some issues with one of the lifts not working, however the team communicated quickly and clearly and it was rectified the next day. I would suggest the addition of stoppers on all of the doors, as they bang onto the wardrobe mirrors and could cause breakage. There is also one needed on the outside of the mirror bathroom cabinet. "The property appeared to be new or recently renovated, and overall, the room was spacious, clean, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. I stayed for one night while attending a wedding reception nearby.
The accommodation itself is quite basic. However, I was disappointed that some common amenities were missing, such as a mirror inside the room for guests to get dressed, a bedside alarm clock, and an intercom or phone to contact reception.
The most disappointing aspect, and the sight that...
