"I understand it was a busy weekend but they ran out of towels. When I asked for some extra the lady up front was hella rude and said “we’re sold out” and had such a bad attitude. They also kicked everyone out of the lobby at 12 am but prior to that shut the lights off on everyone and some people were eating… nice place horrible staff."

"Parking was available and convinient. Staff was very nice and helpful/accommodating. Waffles and coffee for breakfast were my fav. They did have omelets and potatoes as well, my kids liked the potatoes. Room was good, the bathroom did not have a fan. There were also no extra garbage bags, since they only came to clean the room every other day. The pool area could have been a little cleaner. The pool and hot tub had bugs and leaves in it, tables were dirty. Of course my kids did not mind any of...

"Scam. This establishment looks for any reason to keep your money. unauthorized pet fee when I didn't even have a pet. They didn't do their due diligence and investigate the situation. Their reply was several employees heard an animal. I should have read the reviews before booking. Hearsay now outweighs evidence. Ridiculous."
