"The plumbing needs to be fixed, sinks leaking all the time, showers not draining, toilets not flushing properly. The chair was so dirty I didn't even want to put my luggage on it much less sit on it. The bed linens were dirty and had blood stains on them. The only good thing I have to say is the staff was amazing, helpful and very friendly!"

"The phone didn't work, the clock didn't work and the TV streaming didn't work. Went to the customer service desk to let them know, but seems like they were already aware. Told me someone is supposed to fix all those things. The property definitely needs some TLC."

"The front desk her name was Nancy. She was very kind to us, when my boyfriend and I went down there to mention about the toilet not flushing she gave us another room and not just any room a suit which she didn't have to do but she did it anyway and that was so sweet of her. I hope our next stay has Nancy because she was just amazing! Not to mention she also gave us a night free for our next stay which was so nice of her. Thanks to Nancy our stay was wonderful! I really appreciate her and want to thank her at the bottom of my heart."

"Overall the property was not clean. Hallways were a little dirty, it just didn't feel comfortable. When I made the reservation, there was no mention of having to pay for my dog. Every trip I have stayed at La Quinta I have never had to pay. No pet area was provided near the hotel. Parking was minimal with very few handicapped spots. The parking lot is in dire need of repair."

"This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The room was dirty when we arrived, the cabinets were broken, there were roaches in the room, and the bedsheets were stained and looked unwashed. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping never cleaned our room once. The room also smelled terrible, and the door would randomly not lock, which made us feel very unsafe. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, but they rarely answered. During our stay there were obvious drug deals happening around the property and many sketchy people hanging around, making the environment very uncomfortable. Most of the staff were rude and unhelpful, although I will say the manager was the only person who tried to help us and was professional. Overall, I would absolutely not recommend staying here."

"I reserved the hotel room for 3 nights,3 months prior to the event that was scheduled. I found out I was going to arrive late to the hotel, so I called and let them know 1 month prior that I would arrive late. I again due to work load I was going to arrive even later so I called 1 week prior to my reservation letting them know I would arrive around 2 or 3 am, 1 day prior to my arrival date I gave a courtesy call reminding them I would be arriving by 3 am. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:06 am the lady at the desk advised me that my stay was cancelled because I arrived after 3. All hotels in the surrounding areas were booked so I had to pay again for my 3 nights. I will not be staying at this hotel chain again"
