"Staff were not friendly or warm and made me feel like I was a burden. Room was beautiful but when I ran the bath brown bits ran through the water. I did take a video of it. I had to scrub the bath tub before I could get in."

"Chose this hotel due to recent positive reviews. Disappointed on arrival. Luckily the reception, dining room and bar were much better than the external building which looked neglected.
