"I like stayed, the staff and the breakfast it had a lot of options. I had the out meal very creamy and delicious."

"Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily. Younger staff lacked a willingness to work."

"The only thing I would mention is mugs would be better than cups in the bedroom, sadly I arrived late and left early so didn't really get chance to enjoy what looks like a lovely hotel"

"Highly recommend taking the Free Hotel tour with William, (12 o’clock daley) he is the concierge and gives a very good tour within the hotel, the hotel waz used by Harland and Wolf to build the Titanic. Highly recommend breakfast, a very good buffet style. (the breakfast staff could do with smiling a little more) but that’s not really a complaint because they were all very helpful. We would stay at this hotel again, in fact we have booked to stay again already"

"Clean and comfortable. There are bars in the area so it was quite noisy, especially with having to leave the windows open overnight because of the hot weather."

"The Stormont is in a great location in Belfast. Our room did have a few maintenance needs, in particular a shower that was difficult to regulate due to malfunctioning taps and a lamp that wasn’t working. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff in the lounge were extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, it was a good stay."
