"Petite déception par rapport au standing de l’hôtel :à l’arrivée avec changement de lieu de résidence. Chambre froide à l’arrivée , climatisation, difficile à régler. TV en panne., Service, de chambre, les descends à désirer, avec passage du soir oublier un soir sur deux !"

"Hotel room was extremely hot: NO AC which may be fine except during July temperatures. We had to sleep on top of the covers with the drapes open and the window open just to try and get some cool air. Traffic noise and lighting from the parking lot affected our sleep. It just wasn't a positive experience. ..."
