Owners and staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that there was no hot water available from approximately midnight until the next morning.

Poor B&B experience

Great hosts make the B&B experience. Unfortunately this B&B did not live up to the billing. TV in room did not work, host was gruff, but on the positive side the room had a nice view.

Wonderful , clean , comfortable

Amazing farm , country style home and knowledgeable hosts. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is delicious. Its a bit of a drive but a great opportunity to drive through the Burren landscape and visit caves, Cliffs of Moher and onto Galway.

Ett mycket trevligt o prisvärt boende med en mycket trevlig kvinna som drev stället. Bra frukost! En stor spindel i taket i badrummet är väl inte så farlig eller?

Irish Coastal Charm

We stayed at the Loughrask B&B during a seven day tour of Ireland and it was our favorite stop. The views and surrounding is impeccable. The proprietor was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was a perfect Irish country treat. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable and the lucky charms were plentiful.

So good!

We came in exhausted from the road and were quickly hooked up with a wonderful dinner right down the street. The whole town is full of people who will go way out of their way for a complete stranger. The room was beautiful. There is a nice selection of breakfast and ours was delicious. Wish we had more time to enjoy this wonderful little town.

Beautiful location!

Wonderful hospitality in a beautiful location. Very convenient to Cliffs of Moher. Just what we were looking for in a true taste of Ireland. Highly recommended.

Great experiente, cozy place, very friendly lady. I stayed overnight coming from Dublin on my way to Cliffs of Moher (35min drive).

Chegamos tarde e como nunca tinha ficado em um B&B de verdade, estranhei o fato de não era recepcao. Mas o dono no seu recebeu super bem. As acomodações eram ótimas. E o café da manhã foi bem gostoso. Pra completar, os labradores do dono deram um show à parte, brincando conosco (mas pq eu fui atrás deles. Os demais hóspedes não tiveram nenhum contato com eles). Recomendo.

Gutes Frühstück und sehr nette Gastgeber. Guter Standort für Autofahrer um die Region Barren und Cliffs of Moher zu besuchen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt, in den Sommermonaten unbedingt vorher reservieren

Nice and local to many things.

This is an excellent place to be centrally located. Near Gal way and Limerick cities. Also very near Aran Island ferries and Cliffs of Moher. Was a very refreshing stay before I headed home.

Beautiful b & b

Great comfortable stay for my family. There was some confusion about our room booking type not going through properly however the owner explained what occurred and we were moved to the family room we had booked. Very clean and crisp with beautiful views and fast free wifi. The cooked to order breakfast was wonderful and the owner accommodated our schedule (we had early tour) by making ours earlier. There is no tea or coffee in the rooms but it was promptly served at breakfast. It was lovely! Note to bring euros to pay and settle up when you check out! Most b and b's in Ireland did not take credit card payments. Our stay was lovely here in beautiful Ireland!

Bästa B&B.

Kommer definitivt bo här igen om jag har vägarna förbi:) Frukost gjort med omsorg och kärlek, sociala och mycket trevlig personal. Tipsade oss om de lokala sevärdheterna och var mycket hjälpsamma när vi hade andra frågor. Rummet var mycket fint, stort, fräscht och med utmärkt utsikt.

Charming home away from home

We stayed only one night in this B&B on our way to Galway, and wish we had been able to stay more! The rooms are very clean, cozy and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. Our room had a beautiful view of the surrounding farm area and ocean, and other views include the stunning rock outcrops of the surrounding mountains. The owner was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was made to order and was delicious. The small town of Ballyvaughn is very quaint, and the pub we had dinner in (Logues Lounge Bar and Restaurant) had excellent food and service. When we left the Loughrask we felt it was much too soon!

Great B&B in Ballyvaughan

Very clean, nicely decorated, relatively new facility. Beautiful and scenic area. B&B is easy to locate. Annette ( owner) was very pleasant and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Only take cash! And out of town.

Nice folks but only taking cash is troublesome especially in a town with no ATM. Would have been nice to know upfront. Nice room and clean with good breakfast.

Great B&B

The owners were perfect hosts. They were very friendly and waited for us to arrive late in the evening at 9 pm. We wish we had stayed here longer the room was perfect and the beds were extremely comfortable. if I go back to Ireland I will definitely be paying them a visit.

Cosy B&B nestled in the middle of the Burren

I arrived at Loughrask Lodge on a grey, cold and windy day. The house was warm and cosy and the atmosphere was relaxed. The room was very nice and comfortable, and quiet. The temperature was perfect, and I had a very relaxing and restful night. The hostess has a little tally where she asks the guests to write down what they want for breakfast and what time they want to eat, so in the morning I came down and my irish breakfast was done to my taste, very nice! I had a little chat with the other guests sitting at my table, and then I was on my way for the rest of the trip. A little tip: for dinner, I definitely recommend Monks Pub & Restaurant, just 5 minutes from the B&B. Delicious food and beer and a very friendly staff!
