"The beach is a 3 minute walk. The suite is compact with a nice outdoor seating area. Everything worked fine, we cooked 1-2 meals per day and had the other meal at local restaurants. We enjoyed the local cats visiting as well as the rooster alarm clocks! The host had terrific communication with us. Our flight was delayed until very late at night. We had no problems with the lockbox and keys. Many thanks!"

"Just a classic resort. La Casita gives a family a wonderful apartment to enjoy it from. Every morning a shuttle (golf cart or van) will take you and your family to the resort where you walk through the beautiful lobby, then onto a funicular and then to a ferry ride to Palomino Island. That may seem like a bit of work but it’s totally worth it. Palomino is fabulous. Its restaurant and staff are also top notch. Or if you want to not move so much the pools are beautiful and close by. "Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. "The stay was good. It is a 3-BHK condo that comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and feels very much like a homestay. The property is located in a rainforest setting, offering a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Restaurants are about a 20–30 minute drive away, but this is not an issue if you plan to cook, as the condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay for three days."
