There were a few bugs in the room that the kids didn’t like, but that was likely our fault having a little bit of snacks in the room. "

"Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was the standout. Rooms were good, breakfast good and lots of variety, location handy to small shops and restaurants, nice view down on to the lake. Only downside was the weather, quite a bit of fog, and some rain on last morning. Made it difficult to see mountains. The concierge Chau was the highlight, great English, great suggestions for food and tours. Would recommend to anyone just to meet her and enjoy her company."

"Absolutely exceptional - cannot criticise a single thing about this place, particularly given how good value it is. Everything is modern, new and clean, and very comfortable. Good location, just a short walk to the main tourist places. A special thank you goes to the manager Anna, who let me take a shower before my sleeper train after I’d checked out and had spent the day trekking. Extremely kind, and much appreciated."

"No thing to complain. Our trip was very smooth from the start. We had good sleep and wonderful local food without going out of the resort. The scenery view is signature of Sapa. We only went to the town for shopping souvenirs, otherwise would happily stay in the resort for the whole time"
