"Have stayed here a lot over the years and never had an issue before. On this occasion, we were “upgraded” to a superior room -at least that was what we were told. The reality is it was a downgrade, to one of the oldest rooms in the hotel. Really disappointed that it was passed off as an upgrade. There was a large group booked in so it seems we were moved so they could be together. Fair enough, but would have been better if we weren’t told the room change was an upgrade when it was the opposite."
