"Hot tub does not work. Beds were uncomfortable. Toilet seat broken. One power outlet in room. Breakfast is a cheese and egg sandwich with sweet milk. Free water in lobby. ."

"Basic but comfortable accommodation, ideal for short stays. Amenities are simple, but not bad for the price. Good A/C and a comfortable bed. Helpful staff, especially the receptionist. Check-in across the street at Hotel Guarocuya. For this room, I suggest adding a lamp to make nighttime use easier, as one light switch controls both the room and bathroom lights. This was the only downside during my stay, and I shared this feedback with them."

In this room, the shower head is coming apart and should be replaced, and the chair is stained and looks worn. My room got overlooked and was not cleaned. On one day one the jacuzu was not available. When it became available the following day the water was cold - never heated up. Service was Okay but building was definitely lacking. it was an accident waiting to happen with Loose railings, and Things that did not look safe....
