Old property and the room is smelly. I have asked to change the room twice which was the renovated one but even the renovated one was still bad

i was upgrade from the garden view to the pool view regarding my requested that i was take my mom whose senior age cant to walk long away. even though the property is old but seem well manage. the part i dislike is : some not good smell in the toilet because the the exhaust fans look doesn't exist

Not Sheraton standards

The price you will pay will be very cheap. However in all but name this is not a Sheraton. Do not expect high standards. The bathroom is old and dated and the bed has seen better days. Aircon is all but broken. However, the building overall is quite well maintained. Service is very hit and miss especially in the restaurant. The place is not terrible - lower your expectations to a 2 star level and you will probably be quite happy.

The hotel was a great night stop over for our trip home. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was as advertised, hot shower and soft beds were wonderful. Pool pavilion area at night looked spectacular.

Pleasant stay

A comfortable and pleasant hotel. Rooms are away from the road and quiet. Spacious and clean rooms. Service is prompt and good. In house restaurant food is mediocre only.

There was a very large blood stain on the bed skirt when we arrived. Whe has to ask the staff to change it. We also ordered room service and asked for no capsicum on one of the pizza. When it arrived with capsicum on the pizza the staff tried to argue it was paprika (it definitely was not) and the prices are exuberant for what you are given. The food was average at best. Will not be staying here again and has certainly given us terrible expectations of Sheraton as a company.

Nice hotel older and currently being renovated

Renovations make access difficult and uncomfortable lobby not air conditioned No lifts to floor 3 Hotel charges are all 5 star prices but service and facilities 2-3 star. I would recommend guests choose other hotels until sheraton returns to its original quality and service standards Rooms that are open are still good but general hotel facilities lacking

Favorite place to stay in Lampung!

Staff members are always kind and warm. They even know your name. Great pool area. Gym and some rooms have had a bit of water damage over the years but nothing too major. I always enjoy staying at this property when in Lampung. The place has a cozy feel to it.

nice hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. rooms are tidy but old and in need of a tickle up. not sure if garlic goes with peanuts at the bar though but thats a personal opinion

Nice stay and great friendly service. Located a bit away from the main town area so a fair walk to restuarants. Nice pool and breakfast. Very helpful staff.

Exceptional staff.

Great staff who are very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and grounds. Food is ok but not great. Classic older Indo style hotel with character showing a bit of age.
