"The property is unique as the place is clean and amenities are good. Though check-in was at 4pm, but we didn't check-in till around 10pm after the unexpected deposit was made. Exhausted as we were, a good rest in the night was much needed. BUT we have to check-out at 11am the next day let alone a string of do's and don'ts to be carried out to ensure a safe return of the deposit! Nice place with a very rigid requirements that made the stay feel restricted."

The room is extremely comfortable with lots of amenities. Main complaint is the noise. I stayed on the 13rd floor on Friday and Saturday. The motorcycle noise from the road (apartment facing a major road) is unbearable. It continued until 2 to 3am on both night. I initally thought there was a F1 bike race but it is just heavy...
