"What a hidden gem. Hard to find but well worth it. The art is fantastic. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious!! Staff extremely accommodating."

"I stayed for two nights at the Fern. The Fern has a small restaurant in the lobby. To be honest, I don’t remember the items on the menu, but they didn’t seem attractive at prices It was empty of people. The first thing I noticed as I walked in was the odor of stale food. It permeated all the way up to the third floor. It left an underlying odor that was unpleasant. The room did not smell bad. The mattress was soft, I woke up with a back ache. The bathroom was well maintained. There no safe...

"We had such a lovely stay at Havelock Bungalow! The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The bungalow itself is beautiful, full of character and very well looked after, with such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the level of care and hospitality really made our stay special. A special mention has to go to...

"Clean small single room in quiet area."

"The property is situated in a peninsula in Kalutara on a road with almost no traffic, a pleasant surprise in such a busy (and wonderful) city. The beach is lovely, but not swimmable because of strong currents. The room was large and bright. The washroom was clean, and the shower was awesome. It was roomy and had a shower head on the ceiling from which a cascade of water came down. It was great! The bed was very comfortable and had a unique and very effective custom designed mosquito net that...

"Very amazing people , very good view and a cooperative stuff , comfortable room"

"I stayed 4 nights and Riverbank Bentota and had a wonderful experience there. Although the hotel is slightly difficult to spot from the road, I didn't have trouble finding it. It is a short walk from the Aluthagama train station so great for people who are coming with the train from Colombo. The hotel is lovely and small so perfect for people who don't enjoy the huge crowds of tourists in some of the larger hotels. My room was very spacious and had a lovely high ceiling. It was also clean and...
